As a Gap Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils and staff across the Prep and Lower School, with a particular focus on boarding and sport. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for candidates keen to immerse themselves in school life while gaining practical experience. What We're Looking For We are seeking applicants who are:

• Enthusiastic, proactive and adaptable
• Confident working with children and able to build positive relationships
• Strong team players with excellent communication skills
• Interested in sport (ability in at least two of the College's core sports is essential)
• Willing to immerse themselves fully in school life
Previous coaching or officiating experience and sports qualifications are desirable. What We Offer
