Full Job Description
Deploy is currently looking for gangers to lead a team of 4 for a deep drainage project located at Exeter, duties within this role will include excavations, installing pipework, working with drainage systems & ballast work, ideally we're looking for a team that has experience working together.,
- coordinate the activities on site
- Report any issues or incidents to management promptly and accurately.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Valid PTS Sentinel card required
