You will:Lead and develop Ataxia UK's community and events fundraising activitiesBuild strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, community groups and fundraising participantsDeliver outstanding supporter stewardship and supporter experienceIdentify opportunities to grow income and increase engagementMonitor performance against agreed targets and objectivesManage and develop the Events & Community Fundraising Officer through coaching, mentoring and supportWork collaboratively with colleagues across fundraising, communications, finance, research and support services About youWe're looking for an experienced fundraiser who enjoys building relationships and motivating supporters to achieve their fundraising goals.You will bring:Significant experience in community fundraising, events fundraising or supporter-led fundraisingStrong relationship management and stewardship skillsExperience of line management, coaching or
