Fundraising Data and Insight Lead

As our Fundraising Data and Insight Lead, you'll lead a skilled team of data professionals and shape how data and insight supports our ambitious five-year fundraising strategy. With a new Dynamics 365 database, data warehouse and technical environment already in place, you'll have strong foundations to build on. You'll oversee our day-to-day fundraising data operation, ensuring high-quality data is delivered accurately and on time, while continually looking for opportunities to improve how we work. Alongside this, you'll establish and grow our Fundraising analysis and insight programme, helping us become a data-led Fundraising department and playing an essential role in the ambitious Fundraising strategy., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. You'll be an experienced people leader, able to develop and motivate a team through change while setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards. You'll also be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understand their needs and use evidence and insight to influence decisions. You'll bring experience of providing data solutions within a fundraising environment and a good understanding of fundraising products and income streams. You'll have strong working knowledge of fundraising databases and wider data architecture, with enough technical expertise to lead and challenge effectively. This is a role for someone who is excited by change and innovation, but who understands that excellent day-to-day delivery matters too.
