Fund Formation Attorney

We are working with a prestigious international law firm that is actively seeking a mid-level Fund Formation Attorney to join its growing team in Silicon Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience advising on private investment fund matters to step into a high-profile role with substantial client exposure and advancement potential.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience representing both fund sponsors and institutional investors, and will be well-versed in the formation and structuring of private equity, venture capital, real estate, or hedge funds. Candidates should have completed a range of fund formation transactions and possess experience in sponsor-level structuring and secondary transactions involving LP and portfolio company interests.
Key Qualifications:
+ 3-5 years of fund formation experience at a national or international law firm
+ Strong background in private investment fund transactions, including formation, regulatory, and operational matters
+ Experience with general partner/management company arrangements and secondary transactions
+ Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
+ Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission
