You'll interact with our Armed forces personnelevery day, improving qualityof life for all that you meet.What you'll do:Provide administrative and clerical support to Unit and Mess ManagersSupport the Events and Bar Manager with functions and pre-event preparationsManage function bookings and daily catering requestsHandle cash, including balancing monies and processing paymentsPrepare and issue Mess bills in line with proceduresGreet guests and respond to queries in a professional mannerAnswer calls, take messages, and manage incoming mailMaintain accurate records while ensuring
