Previous coaching experience is beneficial but not essential.

Most online coaches don't actually spend most of their time coaching. They're busy trying to grow an Instagram following, generate leads, close sales and figure out where their next client is coming from. At Progressive Coaching, we've already built that. We're looking for one exceptional full-time Online Fitness Coach to join our expanding team and focus on what matters most, delivering life-changing coaching to our clients. We specialise in helping LGBTQ+ clients build confidence through fitness, nutrition and sustainable lifestyle change. Our client base has grown almost entirely through referrals and word of mouth, and today we support more than 150 clients across the UK, US, Europe and Australia. • Full-time, self-employed position Fully remote Clients primarily based in the US, with additional clients across the UK, Europe and Australia Starting pay of £40 per active client, per month, with regular progression as your responsibilities and experience grow Expected client base of approximately 50-100 active clients within your first 6-12 months, depending on business growth and performance
A note about this role: Online coaching isn't a traditional 9-5. Supporting clients sometimes means being available outside standard working hours.
