- Conducting one-on-one inductions to guide new members through our facilities and equipment
- Offering expert advice to help members get the most out of their workouts
- Ensuring the gym environment remains welcoming, clean, and safe-creating the perfect space for all to train
A passion for fitness and helping others succeed - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and motivating environment for members
- Relevant fitness qualifications, Nationally recognized certification in fitness instruction.
- CPR/AED certification (if available).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
