Full-Time Cleaner - Welling, London

We're looking for a reliable, detail-driven Cleaner to help keep our facilities shining and our members feeling supported.,

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout all gym areas, including training zones, change rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitisation of the recovery zone, including:
+ Sauna + Steam room + Resting and cooling areas
• Clean and maintain waste drains to ensure proper hygiene and safe water flow.
• Refill cleaning supplies, hygiene products, and restocking stations as needed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards during operating hours and respond promptly to any issues.
• Work collaboratively with the gym team to uphold Novo Gyms' cleanliness and safety standards.
  
  Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, hygienic spaces.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort working in warm, humid environments (e.g., sauna and steam room cleaning).
• Previous cleaning experience (commercial or hospitality) is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and/or weekends as rostered.
