As a full stack developer in Digital, working in the Digital Chapters team, you'll be exposed to the some of the highest engineering standards in Santander and solving some of the most impactful problems for customer facing journeys within domains across the bank. You'll be working front-to-back on customer journeys in niche, truly agile teams, working closely with engineering experts defining standards across Digital, and with some of the highest rated customer journeys in Santander. (Edge Home, My Home Manager eg.) The teams are committed to innovation, having held hackathons, workshops and team days, as well as working closely with third parties to learn from.   Extensive software engineering experience
• Experienced with backend tooling such as Node.js and GraphQL
• Experienced with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React

• AWS devops experience
• Accessibility experience
• Experience or exposure to using AI tools or technologies
• Experience in tailoring content, sharing only relevant information
• Great communication approaches when conducting dialogue
• Experience of contributing towards opensource projects

• This role is based in Milton Keynes.
