Full Stack Engineer - Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Docker, React, TypeScript & Redux

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our ever-evolving Hosted Payment Pages team. This is a role responsible for building and leading a high-performing engineering organisation that delivers secure, scalable, and innovative solutions supporting the end-to-end customer lifecycle. What you will own

• Collaboratively develop the features and engineering capabilities for Hosted Payment Pages. We aim to employ automation wherever necessary.
• Collaborate in all stages of development from requirement discussions with the Product Owner to the deployment of the feature in the cloud.
• Join the on-call rota to support the highly available products developed by the squad.
• Collaborate with your fellow engineers from other squads to make decisions around technologies, patterns, and approaches to adopt.
  
  Experience with front-end technologies, such as React, Webpack, TypeScript, Redux, and Material UI.
• Experience building and operating large scale and highly available microservices deployed to the cloud.
• Experience building microservices with latest versions of Docker, Spring Boot and Java.
• Experience with unit testing and BDD frameworks, such as JUnit, Cucumber and Jest.
• An engineering skillset that is focused on quality regardless of the activity.

A bonus if you have
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes and AWS
• Experience with Kafka or any other messaging-oriented middleware
• Experience with reactive programming
• Exposure to the Payments industry domain especially Cards and other payment schemes)
• Exposure to PCI-DSS
