Job Title: Front Office - Private Equity Business Analyst - eFront Specialist Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office) Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Strong potential for extension) Day Rate: Up to £1,000/day via Umbrella company | £1,176.06/day via Umbrella About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Business Analyst with hands-on experience in eFront and a deep understanding of private equity asset classes. This role will support front-office operations, enhance data workflows, and contribute to investment analysis and reporting. You will work closely with investment teams and technology stakeholders to ensure accurate data capture, cash flow forecasting, and performance tracking across a range of private equity investments. Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for eFront, supporting configuration, data integrity, and reporting. Collaborate with front-office teams to understand investment structures and ensure accurate representation in
systems. Analyse and interpret data related to private equity investments, including fund commitments, drawdowns, distributions, and valuations. Support the development of cash flow models and J-curve projections. Assist in the design and optimisation of workflow pipelines and investment processes. Liaise with internal stakeholders and fund administrators. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience working with eFront in a private equity environment. Strong understanding of private equity asset classes, including fund structures, co-investments, secondaries, and direct investments. Experience with cash flow forecasting, capital calls, and distribution modelling. Familiarity with investment restrictions, compliance workflows, and operational due diligence. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
