Front of House Team Member up to £12.71 per hour plus tronc and benefits

Our story:

Zizzi started in 1999 with a big oven, a little wine, and a dream to serve Italian, our way. You'll know us for good times, bubbly pizza, and fresh pasta. We don't do bland food, people or restaurants.

About the role:

As a Front of House Team Member (or Waiter), you set the tone. Service at Zizzi isn't about scripts. We're looking for real people who can give genuine hospitality. From the first hello to grating cheese like a pro, you'll ensure our guests have a feel-good experience. It's fast-paced and hands-on, but always a team effort.

What you'll do:

• Be a menu expert. Confidently recommend our dishes, drinks, and desserts.
• Own your section. Serve food and drinks with pride, managing tables efficiently while working with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Add your own touch. Use your individuality to spot small details that can make a big difference to your guests' experience - like a surprise treat on a big day.
• Live our values, aim to be better than yesterday, and support your team during busy rushes.
