Front of House Team Member - The Duke - London

Join our lively team as a Front of House Team Member at The Duke, a popular pub and restaurant in London. We're looking for a bubbly and enthusiastic individual with experience working behind the bar to help us deliver top-notch service and create great times for our guests.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Warmly greeting and seating customers.
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serving meals and drinks with a friendly and professional attitude.
Mixing and serving cocktails, as well as other beverages, with confidence.
Processing payments and handling cash accurately.
Keeping the pub clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Helping with setting up and closing down the venue.
Making sure every guest has a fantastic experience.

Previous experience working behind the bar in a pub or similar setting.
A bubbly personality and excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation.
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm during busy times.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to great service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A genuine passion for hospitality and working in a fun, fast-paced environment., English - Advanced
