Front of House Team Member - Focaccia Mia - London

As Focaccia Mia is expanding, as are our roles !! We are looking for a food enthusiast with a vibrant and upbeat personality to welcome our customers

• . You will be the front line of making sure operation at a customer and online delivery level is ran to a professional and consistent standard!
Must be available every weekend! FULL TIME AVAILABLE A high level of Front of House and management experience is necessary, especially working within food service. Additionally, as with all our roles... Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety is MANDATORY! Duties you can expect to be hands on with will include:
• - 2 year of FOH experience minimum
• - Daily stock checks pre and post service
• - Packing all orders (walk-ins)
• Taking orders, payments
• - Keeping on top of all orders and making sure they are all packed correctly
• - Be able to perform refunds and any queries customers may have
• knowledge of allergens
  
  FOH: 2 years (preferred)
  
  be able to multitask at busy times (taking and packing orders)
