If you know how to create a great first impression, keep things running smoothly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you., Proven experience in a customer service role, hospitality, retail, leisure or similar A friendly, confident communicator who knows how to connect with people Calm under pressure and able to juggle tasks without missing the details A team player who brings energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude An interest in padel, sport, or fitness (padel experience is a bonus, not a must!)
