Zizzi Ristorante

Full Job Description

As a Front of House Team Member (or Waiter), you set the tone. Service at Zizzi isn't about scripts. We're looking for real people who can give genuine hospitality. From the first hello to grating cheese like a pro, you'll ensure our guests have a feel-good experience. It's fast-paced and hands-on, but always a team effort.

Positive energy for a busy, high-energy environment.
Reliable and available for evenings, weekends, and busy holiday periods.
A people person with confidence and strong communication skills that let your personality shine.

Own your section. Serve food and drinks with pride, managing tables efficiently while working with the kitchen and bar teams.
Add your own touch. Use your individuality to spot small details that can make a big difference to your guests' experience - like a surprise treat on a big day.
Live our values, aim to be better than yesterday, and support your team during busy rushes.
Free meals when you're on shift, and 50% off when you aren't.
Access your earned wages whenever you need them with Stream.
Flexible hours and the guaranteed stability of a minimum-hour contract. Fit work around your family, studies or social life.
24/7 Virtual GP and Employee Assistance Program.
Discounts on travel, cinema, and top brands.
Career development opportunities. We can help you grow from Team Member to Management.
