Full Job Description

We're looking for a warm and energetic individual to join our Front of House team in a hybrid role of bartending and food running + waiting staff. This is a dynamic position that involves a very solid knowledge of hospitality in busy fine dining environments.

Do you feel confident and motivated to learn, practise and perfect your waiting tables skills, making food, wine, beer and cocktail recommendations, food running, crafting quality drinks and preparing and serving beverages to our guests in our bars and dining rooms? Then this role is for you.

You should have a true passion to create unique and memorable guest's experiences and provide seamless service with a personal touch. You must be able to sell alcohol, have a solid knowledge of world spirits, wine and beer, Indian food, and a willing to learn, positive and genuine "to do" attitude. Your organisation and cleaning skills should define you and you are happy to manage stock counting and inventories at our bars.

Prior experience in a busy restaurant or bar setting is a must to ensure a smooth transition into the role. However, what we value most is a genuine passion for hospitality, a strong sense of teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
