Set within a prestigious environment, the catering operation plays a key role in delivering a first-class experience to students, staff, parents, and visitors.What You'll DoDeliver a front-to-back, first-class customer experience for all stakeholders, ensuring service standards are consistently exceededSupport and supervise the Front of House team, leading by example and promoting a positive, service-driven cultureWork closely with the Front of House Manager, Head Chef, and wider team to deliver high-quality food service and eventsEnsure smooth day-to-day operations across all service areas, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAssist

in training, developing, and motivating team members, identifying opportunities to improve performanceMaintain excellent communication with internal teams and key stakeholders, including senior school representativesEnsure all food hygiene, health & safety, allergen, and COSHH standards are adhered to at all timesSupport hospitality and event delivery, recognising the importance of key events involving parents and governorsWhat You BringStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levelsExcellent organisational and time management skillsA proactive, positive, and motivated approach to workExperience in a catering, hospitality, or food service supervisory roleAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy environmentA passion for delivering outstanding customer service with high standardsIT literate with basic PC/software skillsFlexibility to work across a 5 over 7 shift patternAn Enhanced DBS clearance is required and will be
