Make a difference as a Front of House Specialist

Alongside performing your core Catering Assistant duties, you'll play a key part in supporting our catering team to deliver a fantastic dining experience for our guests. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll help maintain a welcoming space while providing great customer service for all our guests when they are visiting our dining rooms. You'll also make sure all front of house tasks, like restocking and clearing away trollies are carried out in line with PGL's standards and safety procedures.

Is this you?

We'll support you in achieving your goals, including all the training you need to be confident in your role. However, you will need to have previous Catering experience and experience in delivering high levels of customer service.

Previous experience of supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position but you'll naturally be able to motivate, encourage and bring out the best in others
