Front of House - Slough, Berkshire

As the sport continues to explode in popularity, we're expanding our team and looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to become the welcoming face of our Slough hub. What You'll Be Doing As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your day-to-day will include:

• Delivering a first-class customer experience for members, players, and guests
• Greeting visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
• Managing court bookings, enquiries, and reception operations
• Supporting the smooth running of daily activities at the hub
• Working closely with the team to maintain a vibrant and welcoming club atmosphere
• Helping grow the local padel community by making every visit memorable
  
  We're searching for someone who brings energy, personality, and reliability to the team., Experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, leisure, events, or similar)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect easily with people
• A calm, organised approach in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A team-player mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
• An interest in sport, fitness, or padel (padel experience is a bonus, not essential)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
