We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front of House Receptionist to act as the primary interface between the client, visitors, and internal operations. This role is responsible for delivering an outstanding first impression while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism at all times., We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their appearance and approach, enjoys working in a client-facing environment, and consistently represents ISS and client values. You will be part of a wider on-site team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of reception and associated front-of-house services.,
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional, friendly, and welcoming reception service.
- Provide a 5-star service experience, proactively exceeding client and visitor expectations.
- Maintain the reception and common areas to a consistently high professional standard.
- Manage enquiries, call handling, visitor notifications, and escorting visitors when required.
- Book and coordinate meeting rooms, events, and associated services using site systems.
- Liaise with contractors, WPC, and internal service teams, keeping the line manager informed of activities.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety, security, confidentiality, and client site procedures.
- Support post room activities, access pass printing, and general front-of-house administration.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong customer service, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to prioritise, multitask, and work independently with attention to detail.
- Previous Front of House experience in a corporate or hotel reception environment.
- Call handling and switchboard experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- Confident, approachable, friendly, and respectful.
