Full Job Description

The Front of House Manager will play an integral part in the management and delivery of reception services by providing support, management and leadership to the Front of House administration team., In collaboration with team leaders, the Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Front of House administration team, and will ensure that the department delivers high standards of patient care in a professional and efficient way and in line with Hospitals and departmental standards.
