Front of House Manager to join our team at our award-winning dining pub-proudly named a Tripadvisor 2026 Top 10% Restaurant in the World! Nestled in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, this historic 17th-century inn offers a vibrant and acclaimed dining experience. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our daily front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest receives a warm, memorable welcome and flawless service., Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of front-of-house daily operations, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer care.
Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional guest service? We are looking for a dedicated,
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy pub, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach and the ability to motivate a dynamic team under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail regarding guest experience and venue presentation.
- Capability to handle multi-faceted responsibilities, from scheduling a large seasonal team to event planning and digital updates.
Competitive hourly rate (£15.75 ph) - Secure 40-hour working week
