As Front of House Manager, you will oversee the delivery of impeccable food and customer service, lead the front of house team and work closely with the Chef Manager to ensure consistently high service standards across the site. You will also be responsible for quoting, planning, costing and managing events and hospitality, ensuring every occasion is delivered to an exceptional standard. • Have high standards of cleanliness, consistently maintaining a tidy, organised workspace

• Have hospitality and events knowledge
• Have the ability to assist the Chef Manager with ordering/stock take/bookwork
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
