Front of House Manager

What you will be responsible for:Take full ownership of the Front of House operations, ensuring the intended guest experience is delivered consistentlyAct as the face of the hotel, engaging with guests, handling feedback and resolving issues with confidence and careLead, coach and develop your management and front office teams, creating a high-performance and engaged cultureEnsure staffing, resources and rotas are optimised to meet business demandDrive service excellence, brand standards and compliance across the departmentManage departmental productivity, payroll and cost controls in line with targetsIdentify opportunities to enhance guest experience, revenue and operational efficiencyWork closely with key stakeholders across the hotel including Operations, Guest Experience, Finance, HR and Commercial teamsEnsure health & safety, data protection, asset protection and ESG standards are adhered to at all times

About you:Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager within a branded hotel environmentStrong operational knowledge of Front Office systems and proceduresConfident people leadership skills with experience managing performance and engagementCommercial awareness with the ability to balance service excellence and operational efficiencyExcellent communication skills and a calm, professional presenceStrong systems knowledge, including Opera PMS and workforce or forecasting toolsA values-led approach aligned to Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
