Your main duties will be to greet customers/members in person, as well as over the telephone. You will be required to operate our Front of House computer systems which include bookings and process payments for point of sale products. Assist on the process of new Swimming Lesson enrolment and Gym Memberships in line with the company procedures. You will also be required to serve, prepare and cook food/beverages in accordance with the requirements of the Centre.

You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team., We are looking for applicants who are polite, enthusiastic, friendly and have excellent customer service skills.
