professional five-star service to customers and visitorsSet up and replenish food service counters throughout the dayMaintain clean, organised and well-stocked dining areasOperate tills and complete sales transactions accuratelyCheck food deliveries and record temperaturesMonitor food temperatures during serviceMaintain stock levels and replenish suppliesSupport hospitality events and special functionsCarry out front of house cleaning dutiesRespond professionally to customer feedback and resolve queries where possibleSupport colleagues across different catering areas when requiredFollow all food safety, hygiene, allergen and health & safety proceduresWhat you'll bringPrevious experience within catering, hospitality or customer serviceA passion for delivering outstanding customer experiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and hands-on approachA positive, resilient and reliable attitudeStrong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced
