Full Job Description
Wright Care Ltd Training Academy is seeking an experienced and qualified Lead IQA to support the setup, approval and development of our training centre, specialising in Health and Social Care and Early Years qualifications.,
- Manage the centre and qualification approval applications.
- Prepare required policies, procedures and compliance documentation.
- Establish quality assurance and learner e-portfolio systems.
- Support assessor and tutor recruitment.
- Recruit learners and develop partnerships with employers and training providers.
- Identify private training contracts and government funding opportunities.
- Oversee learner enrolment, assessment quality and ongoing centre compliance.
