Freelance Opportunity - Artwork Production Proofreader

We're looking for an experienced Artwork Packaging Production Proofreader to support a busy in-house studio on a 3-month freelance contract. The studio is currently producing 500-700 packaging artworks, patient leaflets, and mock-ups per month, supporting a rapidly growing portfolio of consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical products. We need a highly detail-oriented proofreader to:

• Reduce compliance risk
• Improve operational efficiency
• Safeguard patient safety
• Support scalable growth across multiple markets
This role involves multi-language packaging, regulatory updates, and market variations, so accuracy is absolutely critical.


• Proven experience in artwork proofreading ideally within consumer healthcare or pharmaceuticals
• Strong background in packaging artwork
• Exceptional attention to detail - zero-error mindset
• Understanding of the risks associated with dosage instructions, ingredient listings, and patient information
A single packaging error can lead to product recalls, reprint costs, and regulatory scrutiny, so we're looking for someone who is truly a "super proofreader."
