• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Wayfinding and directing attendees around the venue
• Ushering guests to the correct areas
• Managing seating and guest flow
• Answering guest questions and providing information
• Supporting the event team with ad-hoc tasks as required
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the event
