To make exercise and the member experience irresistible and deliver group fitness programs in their truest essence in an effort to maximize growth in our fitness services and capacity in our group exercise studios., Personally deliver classes across London & Collection clubs with the uniqueness that's given you a following. Receive 1-to-1 coaching and feedback through quality assurance assessments. Deliver signature programme in VA brand wear or uniform. Deliver training for specialized areas (once in role at least 3-6 months). Assist Head of Exercise Experience with quality assurance and live assessments when necessary. Partner with Head of Exercise Experience to give team members coaching and performance feedback when appropriate. Contribute to programming development and refreshes. Partner with Head Office, Regional Group Exercise Managers and club teams on Public Relations and Marketing strategies. Establish and manage your social media profile in accordance with company guidelines and policy. What we need from you Liaise with the Head of Exercise Experience to assess, monitor and improve program delivery and support the team with "Experience Leader" responsibilities. You have aligned experience in the formats that you teach. You know how to create meaningful programs and encourage mindfulness of the people around you - members and employees alike. • You have your Level 3 in Fitness (or recognised instructor qualification), your first aid and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
• Maintain minimum 75% class occupancy
• Score 80% or better in quality assurance assessment
