Modern life is quietly making us unwell. At EbroLeisureHoldings we are building the antidote. With our partners, a currently forming new Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), we are dedicated to transforming 88-acres of wild countryside near the Ebro River/Spain into a self-sustaining Retreat for human and ecological health.
Our wellbeing programmes are run, managed and executed in partnership by
EbroRetreat CIO.
We are looking for five visionary Founding Trustees to join the inaugural Board of EbroRetreat CIO and help guide this Project from its foundational stages to a thriving, protected valley designed for recovery and rewilding from the ground up.
As founding Trustees with responsibilities for the benefits of the charity, you will ensure robust governance with ongoing communication with the Lease providers to avoid 'conflict of interest' and give instructions for CIO-beneficial developments, legal compliance and secured & safe long-lease agreements for the leased Nature Retreat, with financial stewardship of the CIO, shape the strategic direction for the CIO's benefit of the 88-acre self-sustaining infrastructure like solar energy and underground water supply, champion the mission for the EbroRetreat CIO to reconnect people with nature, with ensuring the land, with the owned long-leasehold contract, is responsibly restored and protected.
