The Spectris Foundation is recruiting a Foundation Director for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. The Foundation Director will provide leadership and oversight of The Spectris Foundation, ensuring the effective delivery of the Foundation's strategy and the continued strong governance, financial management and operation of the charity.

The Foundation Director will provide leadership and oversight of The Spectris Foundation, ensuring the effective delivery of the Foundation's strategy and the continued strong governance, financial management and operation of the charity. Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, the Director will have overall responsibility for the Foundation's operations, grant-making, governance, finances, communication, stakeholder relationships and team. They will work closely with Trustees to support effective decision-making and ensure that the Foundation continues to meet its legal and regulatory responsibilities. This role is avaliable 4 or 5 days per week, please reference your prefered working arrangments in your covering letter.
