Fostering Social Worker

This exciting role will primarily support foster families across the South East region, providing high-quality supervision, support and guidance to foster carers. While the role is regionally based, occasional travel to the Midlands will be required for team meetings, training and service events.

As a Fostering Social Worker, you will play a vital role in recruiting, assessing, supervising and developing foster carers, ensuring children receive outstanding care and support. Working in partnership with local authorities and multi-agency professionals, you will help create positive outcomes for children and young people, enabling them to reach their full potential., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. We are looking for a qualified Social Worker who is passionate about relationship-based practice, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering high-quality fostering services. Experience within fostering, children's social care or looked after children services is desirable.
