- Planning and delivering engaging Forest School sessions across all year groups
- Linking outdoor learning directly to classroom topics and curriculum goals
- Developing children's confidence, resilience, teamwork and independence
- Creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring learning environment outdoors
- Working closely with teachers to enrich learning across the school The ideal Forrest School Lead will be someone who is:
- Is creative, energetic and committed to high-quality learning experiences
Has strong behaviour management skills and high expectations for all pupils - Is flexible, adaptable and ready to think outside the box
- Can take learning from the classroom into the forest school environment
- Builds positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Values inclusion and believes every child can thrive outdoors
