ensuring compliance with nutritional, regulatory, food safety and quality standardsLead formulation support for innovation, renovation, business continuity and value leadership projects, delivering against cost, quality and timeline objectivesPartner with manufacturing sites to ensure recipes are feasible, robust and deliver expected product performance in factory environmentsAct as a key technical contact for formulation-related quality incidents, non-conformances and product improvement opportunitiesDrive continuous optimisation of existing recipes to improve cost, quality, sustainability and performanceMaintain accurate formulation data within relevant systems and ensure governance standards are consistently metCollaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices, technical learnings and formulation expertiseSupport capability building by providing coaching, training and technical guidance to colleagues What are we looking for?, Degree (Or equivalent) in Food Science
