Full Job Description
Pertemps Heathrow & Hemel Hempstead seeks a Forklift Driver/ Warehouse Operative in High Wycombe. This temporary post pays £13.00-£13.50 hourly, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm. The successful candidate holds a valid counterbalance licence and has prior forklift and warehouse experience. Duties include operating a truck safely, moving and organising stock, loading and unloading vehicles, using a pump truck, plus heavy lifting and manual handling. General housekeeping keeps the site clean and tidy. Applicants must be physically fit, comfortable with substantial lifting, and committed to following health and safety procedures at all times.,
- Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently
- Carrying out general warehouse duties
- Moving and organising stock around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Using a pump truck when required
- Heavy lifting and manual handling
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Loading and Unloading vehicles
- Following all health and safety procedures
Valid Counter Balance Forklift Licence - Previous forklift driving and warehouse experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm
