Shift Pattern

You must be able to work a 4 on, 6 off rotating shift pattern:

• 2 x Days, 6:30am - 6:30pm


• 2 x Nights, 6:30pm - 6:30am


• Followed by 6 days off

This shift pattern offers an excellent work-life balance while providing consistent, ongoing work.

The Role

Working within a busy paper manufacturing environment, your duties will include:

• Operating an FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently


• Feeding large paper reels and bales into production lines


• Using a 4-fork Counterbalance forklift to manoeuvre large paper bales


• Supporting production operations


• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks


• Following all health and safety procedures


• Working as part of a reliable and professional team


• Full training will be provided on the site processes and specialist equipment

Requirements

• A valid accredited FLT Counterbalance licence is essential


• In-house FLT licences cannot be accepted


• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience is preferred


• Ability to work the 4 on, 6 off rotating shift pattern


• A positive attitude with a strong commitment to safety and reliability
