Full Job Description
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move goods safely
- Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and storage areas
- Transport goods to designated storage locations within a warehouse or site
- Stack and organize products in racks, shelves, or pallets
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is safe and operational
- Follow workplace safety rules and procedures
- Keep accurate records of inventory movements and deliveries
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as packing, labelling, and stock checks
- Report damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors
Valid forklift operator certification/licence - Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
