The hospital has a strong reputation for quality and patient outcomes, having achieved an "Outstanding" CQC rating in 2016 and 2018, followed by a "Good" rating in 2022. As one of four Consultant Psychiatrists within the hospital, you will be responsible for the clinical care of up to 20 inpatients across a medium secure ward and a low secure ward, currently supporting patients with learning disabilities. You will be supported by a Specialty Doctor and

As one of four Consultant Psychiatrists, manage up to 20 inpatients across two wards, supported by a Specialty Doctor and a team including psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, and more. Lead on patient care, treatment planning, assessments, referrals, CPA reviews, ward rounds, and risk management. Engage in clinical governance, quality improvement, and prepare reports for hearings.
