Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily site activities on a highways scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.,
- Supervise site operatives, gangs and subcontractors.
- Oversee highway works, road construction, drainage, kerbing and associated civils.
- Allocate daily tasks and coordinate labour, plant and materials.
- Monitor progress and ensure works are completed on schedule.
- Maintain health, safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with Site Management and report progress or site issues.
Proven experience as a Foreman on highways or civil engineering projects. - Experience supervising site gangs and operatives.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Valid First Aid certificate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
