My client are a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman for an upcoming scheme for a valued client. The scope of works will include RC works and groundwork. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge and understanding of RC works. Foreman responsibilities:

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.
• Managing plant, labour and materials.
• Putting labour to work.
• Managing health and safety compliance.
• Tool box talks.
• Record keeping.
• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Ensuring works are being completed in accordance to RAMS and job specification.
  
  Right to work in the UK.
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• CSCS card.
• SSSTS/ SMSTS.
• First aid.
• TWS/TWC - Desirable.
• CPCS/ NPORS - Desirable.
• Experience with reinforced concrete.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Safety critical medical.
