Full Job Description
You will be responsible for food preparation and kitchen operations, supporting the Catering Manager in delivering consistent food quality and service.,

- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast and lunch
- Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality
- Support and train new team members
- Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchen records
- Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork
- Assist with deliveries and deep cleaning routines
- Supervise the team
