Full Job Description
- Prepare, serve, and replenish meals, snacks, and refreshments for students and staff.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across all catering areas.
- Set up, clear, and clean dining areas, kitchen equipment, and workspaces before and after service.
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, creating a welcoming dining experience.
- Complete food temperature checks, cleaning schedules, stock takes, and other catering records.
- Support school events and function catering, assisting with setup, service, and cleaning duties.
A positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering excellent customer service. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with students, staff, and colleagues.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative, and stay motivated throughout the day.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude, willing to support a variety of catering tasks and events.
- A conscientious and responsible approach, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
