Full Job Description
Reporting to the Production Manager you will be required to prepare and produce sandwich fillings. Duties will include:
- Prepare and produce food product in a controlled environment as per daily orders in accordance with food safety standards
- Ensure food hygiene policies are adhered to at all times
- Ensure that recipes are adhered to and that no deviation occurs at any time
- Follow and monitor a daily and weekly cleaning schedule
- Ensure the cleanliness of your working environment
- Maintain stock rotation in accordance with correct storage of food products
- Observe the correct method and implementation of packaging and labelling
- Ensure all company traceability procedures are adhered to What we offer:
- A part-time position, working Monday and Thursday 07:00-16:00.

£11,082.24 per annum - 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro rata). You may be required to work some Bank Holidays.
