Glanbia Middlesbrough is seeking a proactive Shift Engineer to lead the maintenance team in a busy food manufacturing site. You will drive safety, quality and reliability, delivering short and long term engineering targets while upholding GMP and HACCP standards.
You will mentor and develop the team, manage planning and control activities, and collaborate with the Technical Department to assess changes. This role offers hybrid working in Middlesbrough and a competitive salary package.
