every day.Production Operations - understanding how products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.Quality & Technical - ensuring products meet customer and food safety requirements.Continuous Improvement - supporting projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste and drive performance.Planning & Supply Chain - learning how production is planned to meet customer demand.People & Leadership - working with managers and operational teams to understand how successful manufacturing sites are run.This placement is designed to give you a broad understanding of operations and provide a strong foundation for a future career in manufacturing leadership.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for enthusiastic, adaptable individuals who are keen to learn and build a career in operations.
