Full Job Description
Food & Beverage Team Leader
We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Team Leader to join us. This is a busy, lively place to work, so you’ll need to be adaptable. Your focus will be front of house, dealing directly with people and serving them food and drink. You’ll be giving day-to-day support to your team to ensure they consistently provide excellent service to everyone who visits the café.
Crucial to this role will be your love of working with people, a positive can-do attitude, and a desire to provide outstanding service. You’ll also supervise the induction and training of colleagues to build a team dedicated to great service and creating memorable experiences for visitors.
We’ll provide an induction tailored to the job, training in allergens and food safety, plus any mentoring needed to help you in your role. You can sign up for further professional training and development if you wish. The full role profile is available in the attached document. You don’t need to have all of the knowledge, skills, and experience listed in the profile; it is provided to give a full picture of what is possible in this role.
