Deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests.
Connect and work together with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
Be a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment.
Serve guests (prepares the dining room, provides waiter service and clears away) in the point of sale, in line with the F&B concept (restaurant, meeting room, breakfast, bar).
Contribute to guest's satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly and approach.
Develops employees' motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmosphere
Integrates and trains employees, providing support for skills development
Ensures that employees are well presented (uniforms, personal hygiene etc.)
Helps employees improve their skills and provides support
Ensure all mandatory training are completed
Manages the products available for guests
Keeps the loss and breakage of equipment to a minimum and keeps the superior informed
Keeps an inventory of equipment and tracks items coming in and out.
